The Ring Guide Conveyor Line relies on a circular track system as its operational foundation, forming a complete closed-loop conveying circuit. The GuanDong V25 elliptical guide rail is manufactured in China. It is constructed from a combination of bearing steel and stainless steel, supports horizontal installation, and features a synchronous belt drive mechanism. Positioning accuracy options include ±0.05 mm and ±0.5 mm, with a maximum operating speed of 1.2 m/s and a maximum load capacity of 10 kg per station. The guide rail surface is available with either a quenched and blackened finish or a chrome-plated finish. The minimum order quantity is 1 unit, and the entire unit comes with a 1-year warranty. Dimensions, materials, and mounting methods are all customizable, making it ideal for closed-loop automated conveying applications involving lightweight, precision workpieces.
